INSTRUCTION

1. Steps to study with online tutor

Step 1: Create an account

Step 2: Log in

Step 3: Choose Course -> Online Tutor -> Choose teacher

- Use Filter to choose teacher basing on learner's demand

- Click on that teacher to check available schedule

- After choosing teacher, move on "Enroll and Pay"

Step 4: Enroll and Pay

For learner who wants to register 1 free trial lesson:

- Fill information in the form so that teacher can prepare for lesson basing on learner's purpose

- Choose "Study free 1 lesson" -> Click "Confirm"

- Come back to "Choose teacher" -> book free trial lesson with chosen teacher (You can study 1 free trial lesson with each teacher one time)

Note: Displayed time is Vietnam time

For learner who finished free trial lesson or do not want to take free trial lesson

- Fill information in "Enroll" (even when you filled it before for free trial lesson). Teacher will prepare lesson based on what you filled 

- Choose amount of money you want to pay -> Continue

- Make the payment:

Choose the way to make the payment

Since you made the payment successfully, Admin will add money in your account within 12hours.

- After the account has been added money -> go to "Choose teacher" -> Match schedule with the teacher

Note: Displayed time is Vietnam time

You can register to study with many teachers

Able to cancel class before 3 hours class starts

- If you need invoice, please click on "Invoice Request"

Step 5: Start to study

2. Class regulations

- You can manage all your registered lessons in "My course" in "Online tutor". In the list of your lessons, you should set your timezone in your country

- You can cancel booked lesson BEFORE 3 HOURS LESSON STARTS and book other lesson. When you cancel, tuition fee will be added automatically your account

Example: If you have booked a lesson at 16:00 on November 5, you have the right to cancel this class before 13:00 on November 5. After 13:00 on November 5, you can no longer cancel the class"

- Lessons are considered as done lessons whether you attend or not.

- If the teacher cancels the class, you will receive a notice and the tuition will be credited to your account within 24 hours. (The teacher rarely cancels class)

- You can send your questions or concerns to the teacher in the "send questions to teachers" section.

- You can choose to study with many teachers.

- The amount deposited in the account will not be refunded under any circumstances.

- Teachers are all partners who have signed contracts with the company that owns Gotoviki.com, so students should not invite their own teachers.

We hope that students will cooperate and comply with the rules set out for the learning process to be effective.

3. Material

Students can choose to study according to the material they want or follow the teacher's instruction

- Teachers will be responsible for sending materials that match learning goals to students. The teacher will gradually send the material (usually 3 lessons in advance) to the students.

- Some materials as online lecture format are free and for those in book format, please order them at “Book store”.
